Cannabis Business Summit & Expo

Cannabis Business Summit & Expo Plants the Seeds for the Future

For five years, the Cannabis Business Summit & Expo has been the go-to conference for tracking the growing industry of cannabis. From business to technology to sustainability, the event covers it all. The host, the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA), is the country’s only national trade organization dedicated solely to cannabis. At the end of July, the Expo will take San Jose, CA by storm, bringing with it 7,500+ attendees, over 150 thought leaders and speakers, and 400+ exhibitors.

The event covers a wide breadth of sectors, including but not limited to: business solutions, cultivation, distribution, extraction, investment, law and legislation, medical, and retail. The Cannabis Business Summit & Expo is the NCIA’s largest gathering, bringing together industry leaders and newcomers alike to learn best practices for maintaining a successful business and to gain knowledge on emerging topics and policy issues.

In the past, the expo has featured major leaders from all sectors of business, and this year looks to expand upon that. At the 2018 event, you will find sustainability leaders like CEO of The Cannabis Conservancy Jacob Policzer, legislation advocates like Executive Director of Marijuana Policy Project Matt Schweich, and prominent investors like Managing Director of Poseidon Asset Management Emily Paxhia.
