Marijuana Venture’s Retail Vision is the first event of its kind in the cannabis space, a best-in-class business and technology conference specifically developed to help cannabis retailers grow their enterprise and dramatically increase profits.
Retail Vision goes beyond the green-rush hype of other industry events and focuses on practical, established methods for running a successful retail establishment. Advanced retail best practices covered during the two-day event include merchandising, add-on sales, customer services and buying/vendor practices, among other critical areas for retail operations, while the technology component explores digital marketing, customer retention programs, point-of-sale solutions, e-commerce platforms and website design.
