We’re in the midst of a significant shift in opinion on cannabis among voters and lawmakers – NY Governor Andrew Cuomo recently signaled he is now in favor of legalization and U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer of NY, has just announced a plan to decriminalize cannabis at the federal level.
