Fewer people are using cannabis, but record numbers are seeking treatment as a result of using the drug. In the last decade, the number of people using cannabis in the UK fell from 3m to 2m. Over the same period, there has been a 60% rise in demand for specialist drug addiction treatment for problems with cannabis.
